The Superyacht Auction concept is intended as a new resource for traditional brokerage houses, not as a competitor. Superyacht Auctions gives brokers and other sellers in the superyacht industry new opportunities to generate no-stress and especially fast sales.

Safe
All superyachts are sold in the condition in which they are at the time of acceptance ("as is where is"). That is why every online auction or tender sale is preceded by one or two inspection days (Saturdays and Sundays). That gives potential bidders every opportunity to check and verify the superyacht before bidding. Bids are irrevocable and unconditional.

Simple
The owner and agent remain in control throughout the auction process. The owner sets a reserve price and ultimately decides whether he does or does not accept the high bid. Inspection days (in cooperation with Superyacht Auctions) and the financial transaction will be handled by the agent.

Reliable
Our online auctions or tender sales take place under the official supervision of a well-established (nautical) bailiff firm or notary public.
